It’s time to reforge the Forge Key minting process into something sharper, clearer, and way more hype.
Our original drop plan? A bit too spicy for some. Tranches, timelines, tiers… it had lore, sure, but it also had people scratching their heads. So we grabbed our FORGE HAMMER™, hit the anvil, and reforged the whole thing into a clean, no-nonsense 3-part mint that actually lines up with our studio’s game releases.
Welcome to the GM, YOLO, and GTFO Editions.
Each Forge Key drop now aligns with a flagship LFG title. Simpler. Cleaner. Easier to plan your life around. Add in a massive new community whitelist and a fresh partnership with OpenSea, and this isn’t just a minor patch — it’s a whole new build.
🔓 The New Mint Plan
We’ve updated the way that FORGE KEYs will be minted, with the total collection increasing to 6,666 FORGE KEYs in total, split across 3 separate editions, timed with the release of the 3 games planned in the LFG Ecosystem.
Forge Keys will now drop in three editions, each one named after one of our upcoming titles. Instead of one mega mint or a hard-to-follow pricing curve, you’ll get three distinct opportunities to mint, themed and timed to the release of each game:
- GM Edition → Gladiator Mayhem
- YOLO Edition → You Only Live Once
- GTFO Edition → Grand Tactics: Final Order
No changes to Forge Key utility. You’re still getting lifetime access to exclusive rewards, hero mints, early access, tournaments, and more. This is just a cleaner path to get there.
So while all FORGE KEYs will unlock the same rewards, GM Edition is up first, so you get those rewards for longer (and we all know how important it is to last longer…)
As before, 10% of the collection will be minted to the LFG Treasury to be used for promotions, prizes, giveaways etc. No changes there.

Don’t forget, FORGE ESSENCE Whitelist applies to both AVALANCHE and BEAM mints for Forge Keys… So you can mint double the number of Forge Essence that you hold in total!

This partnership means more visibility, smoother minting, and long-term confidence for every holder.
🔮 What About YOLO and GTFO Editions?
We’re just getting started.
The YOLO Edition and GTFO Edition will each be launched as separate drops — aligned with the release of their respective games. These editions will introduce new mint opportunities, fresh artwork, and more chances to join the LFG ecosystem.
For now, GM Edition is the only mint, and it’s all about gearing up for Gladiator Mayhem.
